We are in a world which is highly responsive to stimuli. Such a response system cascaded into the present situation of a pandemic which is crashing down upon society or what is the semblance of a society in waves. We in India have faced the second of such a wave and we might be reaching the ebb of the tide now. But then, are we in for a third wave? If so, when and what.
There are a lot of speculations about this oncoming wave, that this wave would be targeting children. Now there is a lot of disagreement on the effect of this 3rd wave on children among scientists.
If there is a third wave, would there be the same level of morbidity and mortality? Then we, as a community need to face the situation, and rather than whining about the problem, we can surely look at a solution. Such a solution, the world is now familiar with, is Immunomodulation. And for that, the world is moving towards Ayurveda as a wholesome solution.
Ayurveda has given solutions to the present and the precursor waves of this situation. Ayurveda talks about working on or maintaining immunity right from the start and it is not a sudden process.
It talks about improving Immunity right from early childhood. This is not through inducing medicines all the time. It talks about healthy practices of food and lifestyle in a view to healthy life and longevity.

These groups of wonder powerhouses help in the earlier mentioned aim of healthy living and longevity. These are tailor-made according to the age group of people. So there, we have the solution, if at all there is a third wave, we can protect ourselves, people of all age groups can look up to the Rasayanas.
One such solution is the all-powerful and famous CHYAVANAPRASAM which is ideal for an age group above 6 years of age up to the age of 80. This is, of course, specific of the level of digestion and the presence of other co-morbidities like Diabetes for which the person might need to take the advice of a physician before use.
For children, below 6 years, KOOSMANDA RASAYANAM is ideally the best to improve immunity, to make ready the troops of protection in the children, to fight against the third wave.
